DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business
days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout. We aim to meet the following delivery times:
.FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: 7-14 business days
.PREMIUM SHIPPING: Skip the line & Order Processed First
Please note that these are only estimates and we cannot guarantee
exact delivery times. Factors such as high sales seasons, public
holidays, and shipping delays can extend these timelines. The delivery
timeframes do not include any delays in processing times at customs.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to deliver your products within the specified
timeframe, there are instances when the delivery may take longer due
to unforeseen circumstances. These include, but are not limited to,
high sales season, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or other
factors affecting transportation.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking
number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be
active within 24-48 hours. If you do not, you may contact our customer
support email or leave a message on our live chat.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Avenscie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your
order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the
responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Full cost of
shipping that we charge you is calculated on checkout, we do not
charge extra fees for certain countries.

DAMAGES
Avenscie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment
carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and
damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times for international orders
can vary greatly due to customs. Please keep this in mind when placing
